Villa BELLEROSE is ideally located in the heart of Cap-Ferret, a stone’s throw from the lighthouse. Built between 2021 and 2022, it combines luxury and tradition. Made by local craftsmen in the spirit of Cap-Ferret with its wooden facades and battens, it was decorated by interior designer Anja Mertens.

This wooden Villa, in Ferretcapien colonial style and with a lush garden, offers a set of 5 bedrooms including master bedrooms, spread over two levels. Raised on the sand, it is ideally located to enjoy on foot the ocean beaches 400 m on one side and 300 meters from the basin on the other, oyster huts, restaurants and shops.
